My first foray into board game creation! Biggest significant challenge was that this project involved a team switch part way through.


Genu was my first foray into board game design. Genu is a game of imperfect information - the win condition of each player is unknown to all others. The delicate balancing act of moving towards your objective while remaining inconspicuous to your opponents creates a perpetual atmosphere of intrigue and deception.

One unique challenge in the development of Genu was that our team took over the project part way through; it was important to us that we maintained the original spirit of the game while still making the changes we felt were necessary.
